We're excited to introduce the new name for Mighty Women Gathering... welcome to The Gathering! Join us as we launch the new season on Tuesday, September 1.

While the name is new, everything you love is staying the same! Join us on the first Tuesday of every month, beginning Tuesday, September 1, at 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM, as women from across all our campuses gather for meaningful community, great food, heartfelt worship, and biblical teaching.

This year, we'll continue our journey through the life of Jesus in our teaching series, Among the Twelve, walking chronologically through the Gospels as we experience His ministry through the eyes of the disciples. Whether you've been with us from the beginning or are joining us for the first time, there's a place for you.

AM Gathering: Join us from 9:30 - 11 AM for a light breakfast, meaningful worship, teaching through the Gospels, and table discussion. The AM Gathering offers child care (with reserved space). RSVP is requested for all attendees, but required for those who need child care. Doors open at 9 AM, with child care opening at 9:15 AM. Worship starts at 9:30 AM.

PM Gathering: Join us from 6 - 8 PM for dinner, meaningful worship, and teaching through the Gospels. Dinner is served from 6 - 6:30 PM, with worship starting at 6:30 PM. Child care opens at 6:15 PM. RSVP is requested for all attendees, but required for those who need child care. Can’t make it in time for dinner? That’s ok, the worship and program don’t start until 6:30 PM.

Future Gatherings Teaching Schedule:

Join us for the 2026/2027 season of The Gatherings as we continue to step into the story of Jesus through the eyes of the disciples who knew Him most intimately. We’ll continue by walking with the disciples through the Gospel. By stepping into their sandals, we’ll gain fresh insight into the cost and beauty of discipleship, while learning to follow Jesus more personally, courageously, and faithfully.

Among the Twelve: A Journey Through the Gospels Alongside the Disciples

September | Being Called: The Cleansing of the Leper: As we begin a new season of Among the Twelve, we'll revisit the life-changing moments when the disciples were called to follow Jesus and what their "yes" required of them. Then we'll step into one of the first miracles they witnessed, a desperate leper whose bold faith led him to the feet of Jesus. Together, we'll discover what it means to trust God's compassion, to approach Him with confidence, and to answer His invitation to follow Him more closely.

October | Faith That Makes a Way: The Healing of the Paralytic: Imagine standing shoulder to shoulder in a packed house listening to Jesus teach when suddenly pieces of the roof begin falling from above. The disciples witnessed friends willing to do whatever it took to bring someone to Jesus. This month, we'll explore the power of biblical community, the faith that refuses to give up, and what it looks like to help carry one another to the feet of Christ.

November | Mercy Over Rules: Sabbath Controversies: The disciples had spent their lives learning the religious rules of their day, yet Jesus continually challenged the traditions that had replaced God's heart. As tensions with the Pharisees intensified, the disciples learned that people always matter more than performance. Join us as we discover the freedom found in God's grace and what it means to reflect His heart rather than simply follow religious expectations.

December | The Blessed Life: The Beatitudes: The disciples had a front-row seat as Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount. Instead of describing success the way the world does, He began by blessing the humble, the grieving, the meek, and the spiritually hungry. Together we'll unpack the Beatitudes, explore their rich historical context, and discover how Jesus redefines what it truly means to live a blessed life.

January | Learning to Pray: The Sermon on the Mount: As we begin a new year, we'll continue through the Sermon on the Mount, exploring the practical teachings that shaped the disciples' understanding of life in God's Kingdom. We'll spend special time studying Jesus' model for prayer, discovering how He invites us into a genuine relationship with the Father and teaches us to pray with confidence, dependence, and trust.

February | Unexpected Faith: The Centurion's Servant: As opposition against Jesus grew, an unlikely example of faith emerged, a Roman centurion. The disciples would have been stunned to hear Jesus praise the faith of someone they viewed as an enemy. This gathering will challenge us to examine our own hearts, confront our assumptions, and discover how God's Kingdom often reaches far beyond the people we expect.

March | Faith in the Storm: Jesus Calms the Sea: The disciples had seen miracle after miracle, and then the storm came. While Jesus slept peacefully, fear overwhelmed those who had been walking beside Him every day. Together we'll step into the boat with the disciples and discover what Jesus teaches about trusting Him when life feels uncertain, prayers seem unanswered, and the waves feel stronger than our faith.

April | No One Is Too Far Gone: Authority Over Evil: A scary scene opens with a graveyard and a tormented man, but this unforgettable encounter reveals Jesus' complete authority over darkness and His relentless pursuit of those everyone else had given up on. We'll discover why no one is beyond the reach of God's grace and consider how easily we can become comfortable with brokenness instead of celebrating true transformation.

May | When Jesus Stops: Jairus' Daughter & the Woman with the Hemorrhage: As crowds pressed in around Jesus, the disciples focused on keeping Him moving. But Jesus stopped for two desperate people whose faith refused to remain hidden. Through these powerful stories, we'll discover that Jesus is never too busy for those who seek Him, that authentic faith always captures His attention, and that His timing is always filled with purpose.

Why Join a Gathering:

Our goal is to help our VBF gals grow their relationship with Christ through community. The Gatherings offer us the opportunity to meet face-to-face over breakfast/dinner, worship, and a teaching.
